1. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Pakistan to use our Services.
- You must register with a valid Pakistani mobile number and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name and CNIC for verification.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Creating more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of earnings.
2. Earning, Plans, and Payouts
A. Earning Disclaimer
Our platform provides opportunities for users to earn money online through various tasks, referrals, and investment plans. The term "guaranteed" used in marketing refers to the structured nature of our plans and the systems we provide. "Pakistan 2030" does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, level of income, or success. All earnings are directly proportional to individual effort, market conditions, adherence to these Terms, and the specific plan you are on. All investments carry risk, and past performance is not an indicator of future results.
B. Platform Services
- Tasks: We may provide daily, weekly, or one-time tasks (e.g., viewing content, social media engagement). Completion of these tasks according to the rules will credit a specific amount to your account balance.
- Referral Program: You may earn commissions by referring new, legitimate users to the platform. The terms of the referral program (commission rates, levels) are subject to change.
- Investment Plans: We may offer plans where you invest a certain amount for a fixed period to receive a daily, weekly, or end-of-term profit. The specific details, ROI, and risks of each plan will be clearly stated.
C. Payouts
- Payouts are processed to Pakistani bank accounts (via IBAN) or registered digital wallets (EasyPaisa, JazzCash) only.
- A minimum withdrawal amount will apply and be clearly stated in your dashboard.
- All payout requests are subject to verification, fraud checks, and may take 3-5 business days to process.
- Applicable taxes, processing fees, or service charges (if any) will be deducted from your payout amount as per Pakistani law and our fee structure.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to complete tasks or interact with the platform.
- Creating fake accounts, engaging in self-referral, or manipulating the referral system.
- Providing false or misleading information (e.g., fake CNIC, incorrect bank details).
- Any activity that is illegal under the laws of Pakistan, including money laundering or financing terrorism.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform.
Violation of these rules will lead to immediate account termination, a permanent ban from our services, and the forfeiture of all pending and processed earnings.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease, and you will forfeit any outstanding account balance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, "Pakistan 2030" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our Services.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
